Delia Ledesma is a Maryland native who moved to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest School of Law. Upon completing law school, she moved to Asheville, North Carolina to begin practicing law, and never left. Delia is completely bilingual in Spanish and performs all legal work effectively and efficiently in both languages. 

Prior to becoming a solo practitioner, Delia worked in both large and small law firms, as well as in the public interest sector. Delia has experience handling the prosecution and defense of protective orders, the preparation and litigation of family law matters, as well as minor traffic violations and family-based immigration issues. Her practice currently extends to Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood and the surrounding counties.
