Delia Ledesma
Attorney/Abogada
Located out of our Asheville, North Carolina office, Delia Ledesma is a Maryland native who moved to North Carolina to attend Wake Forest School of Law. Upon completing law school, she moved to Asheville, North Carolina to begin practicing law, and never left. Delia is completely bilingual in Spanish and performs all legal work effectively and efficiently in both languages. Prior to becoming a solo practitioner, Delia worked in both large and small law firms, as well as in the public interest sector. Delia has experience handling the prosecution and defense of protective orders, the preparation and litigation of family law matters, as well as minor traffic violations and family-based immigration issues. Her practice currently extends to Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood and the surrounding counties.
Hannah Fry Burgin

Located out of our Columbus, North Carolina office, Hannah is a native of Rutherford County, North Carolina where she initially began her practice. After graduating from Wake Forest School of Law and prior to joining L&S Law Firm as partner, Hannah worked in private practice as a family law attorney in both large and small law firms within the state of North Carolina. She has experience in criminal defense, estate planning, guardianship appointments, and agriculture/equine law but is particularly passionate about representing families and helping clients navigate challenging times associated with separation, divorce, and custody. Hannah believes in a family focused, client-first approach in managing any arising issues involved in any particular case. Hannah is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and South Carolina State Bar and is licensed to practice in both states. Hannah is currently accepting clients with matters arising out of Polk, Henderson, Transylvania, Rutherford, and McDowell Counties in North Carolina and Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
Emily Ramos
Legal Assistant
Emily Ramos, native of Buncombe County, North Carolina, Emily moved to Hendersonville in 2017 and is passionate about serving families in her communities. Emily is bilingual in Spanish and English and can effectively communicate and assist with whatever legal needs that might arise. Emily's infectious smile and positive attitude makes her an essential team member of the L&S Law Firm family.
